چکیده
The supersaturated solid-solution interfaces between Cu core and Ag shell structures improve their bonding strength greatly prevent the outward diffusion of atoms slow down growth oxides. printed CuAg x electrodes maintain high conductivity for a long time even at 220 °C, which is far better than conventional core/Ag Cu/Ag mixed that rapidly oxidize below 150 °C. These findings not only promote broad applications but also pave potential way fabrication various stable core/shell structure materials. • Supersaturated cores shells are generated. enable to Diffusion out from Cu-rich phases requires °C least 64 h. Oxidation process completely investigated.

Corrosion Behavior of a Fe-25at%Sn Supersaturated Solid Solution in H3PO4 Solution
Corrosion resistance of iron can be drastically improved by addition of passivating alloying elements. A supersaturated solid solution of Fe-25at%Sn was produced by mechanical alloying of commercially pure iron and tin powders for 24 hours using a planetary ball mill. Electrochemical measurements were performed on cold compacted unsintered specimens.. XRD investigation on produced alloy showed ...
متن کاملOxidation resistance of graphene-coated Cu and Cu/Ni alloy.
The ability to protect refined metals from reactive environments is vital to many industrial and academic applications. Current solutions, however, typically introduce several negative effects, including increased thickness and changes in the metal physical properties. In this paper, we demonstrate for the first time the ability of graphene films grown by chemical vapor deposition to protect th...
متن کاملMolecular Dynamics Prediction of the Thermal Resistance of Solid-solid Interfaces in Superlattices
Molecular dynamics simulations are used to predict the thermal resistance of solid-solid interfaces in crystalline superlattices using a new Green-Kubo formula. The materials on both sides of the interfaces studied are modeled with the LennardJones potential and are only differentiated by their masses. To obtain the interface thermal resistance, a correlation length in the bulk materials is fir...
متن کاملThermal Conductivity, Phase Stability, and Oxidation Resistance of Y3Al5O12 (YAG)/Y2O3–ZrO2 (YSZ) Thermal-Barrier Coatings
This paper describes a new multilayer TBC that incorporates a 10 μm-thick oxygen barrier layer of yttrium–aluminum garnet (YAG) into a typical YSZ TBC system. The thermal conductivity of as-sprayed YAG/YSZ coatings was reduced due to excessive porosity and amorphous areas in the YAG layer. After long-term heat treatments, the conductivity of the multilayer was unaffected by the presence of YAG....
متن کاملNonlinear Dynamics Analysis of FGM Shell Structures with a Higher Order Shear Strain Enhanced Solid-Shell Element
In this paper, non-linear dynamics analysis of functionally graded material (FGM) shell structures is investigated using the higher order solid-shell element based on the Enhanced Assumed Strain (EAS). With this element, a quadratic distribution of the shear stress through the thickness is considered in an enhancing part. Material properties of the shell structure are varied continuously in the...
